What Our Clients Say
As an out of town, first time customer, I wanted to pass along my gratitude related to my recent experience from E.U. Autowerks. Although there was not a clear-cut solution to my mechanical issues, the repair was promptly addressed to my utmost satisfaction. I would, did, rate them 5-Star without hesitation and can see why so many European sports cars owners seem to trust and be well cared for by Courtney and his staff. A1 customer service, so thank you for the exceptional experience and making things right.Steve Miller6/20/2020
Had taken my '09 - 911C4S for the first time based on a couple of friends recommendations. Originally for oil change service then an issue with my control arm/bushing. Both times Courtney/Laura and the E.U. did not disappoint. I was provided with a quote for my approval prior to service being undertaken and it was the price I paid when I picked up my car. I've found a new place to service my car for service knowing I have complete trust in E.U. Autowerks. Thank you. Joe A.Joe Azzopardi6/01/2020

Courtney has done a fantastic job of setting up my Cup Car from when it was delivered from the UK last April, to standing on the podium at Mosport in July. We’ve since followed this up with a pole position at Road America and 2-2nd place finishes at Sebring this Feb!Dave Fry1/09/2020

I have had 2 negative experiences with Eu Autowerks. I have a 1992 964 Turbo. I brought it in the first time to have a Momo Prototipo steering wheel and hub installed and address the excessive negative front camber. Installing a Prototipo wheel is one of the most common modifications to a 964. After a couple of hours, the tech approached me and said that the hub was incorrect or there is issues with my steering. I was very disappointed as I had to log into the Rennlist forum and show him that the parts were correct and that some sanding of the collars is needed. After the install, the job was very poorly done. The collars were irregularly sanded and had course pieces sticking out. The hub was also ruined from being sanded accidentally while as the collars were not removed when the sanding took place. The tech also informed me that the camber was adjusted as positive as possible. My car was running over -4 camber in the front. After a few months, I posted my camber issue on Rennlist. There was a consensus that the eccentric strut mount needed to be rotated 180 degrees at the top as it was setup for a narrow body 964 and not a turbo. I chalked up my poor experience to a younger inexperienced tech. I brought my car back to EU. I met with Courtney directly. He looked at the greater than -4 camber and the strutmonts and told me that he thought the setup was correct for my car by he needs the car to investigate further. I declined the service. I went to my non Porsche specialist mechanic and in less than 1 hour he rotated the strutmounst and the camber issue was corrected. I cannot recommend this place or Courtney's expertise. It is comical that he brands hijmself as a Porsche master mechanic yet his shop can't install a steering wheel and he is unaware of narrow vs widebody configurations on a 964. I feel it is a reasonable expectation for EU to not need guidance from a discussion forum when paying for their advertised expertise.Roberto T5/31/2019
